Sundowner II 126 comes stocked with:
- Bed linens and towels
- Kitchen with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, standard small appliances, a Keurig, and regular coffee pot
- Initial supply of paper products to start your stay (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags), soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. For any additional supplies, nearby stores are available for your convenience.

- If travelling by car, AWD/4WD vehicle recommended between November 1st and May 31st.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We purchased this condo as a family retreat, a place to relax and create lasting memories in the beautiful mountains. Whether it’s summer vacations filled with hiking and exploring or winter escapes for skiing and snowboarding, we cherish every moment here. Chandler prefers to ski, while Anne enjoys snowboarding, shopping, and après ski, making the Sundowner II one of the best locations in Breckenridge for all our seasonal adventures.
